(12月16日-4)トルコ利下げ

トルコ共和国中央銀行が利下げを実施した。とはいえ、中銀が市中の金融機関に貸し出す金利は引上げており、中銀との貸借金利のレンジが拡大している。とりあえず、時間が無いし、トルコについてそれほど詳しくないので以上。

The Monetary Policy Committee (the Committee) has decided to set the short term interest rates as follows:(金融政策委員会は短期金利を以下の様に決定した。)

a) One-week repo rate (the policy rate) was reduced from 7 percent to 6.5 percent,((a)政策金利である1週間もののレポ・レートを7.0％から6.5％に引き下げ)

b) Overnight Interest Rates: Borrowing rate was reduced from 1.75 percent to 1.50 percent, while lending rate was increased from 8.75 percent to 9 percent. The interest rate on borrowing facilities provided for primary dealers via repo transactions was increased from 7.75 percent to 8 percent.(翌日物金利である借入金利を1.75％から1.50％に引き下げ。一方、貸出金利は8.75％から9.0％に引き上げ。レポ取引を通じてプライマリー・ディーラーに供給する貸出し金利は7.75％から8.0％に引き上げ。)

c) Late Liquidity Window Interest Rates (between 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.): Borrowing rate was kept at 0 percent, while lending rate was increased from 11.75 percent to 12 percent.(遅い時間(午後4時～5時)の流動性供給金利について、預入金利は0％に据え置くものの、貸出金利は11.75％から12.0％に引き上げ。)
