(11月4日-2)BOE金融政策据え置き

11月4日、英国銀行が金融政策を発表した。政策金利を0.5％に据え置き、資産買入額の残高も2000億ポンドで変化無し。政策金利は2009年3月に最終的な利下げを実施して以降据え置きが続き、買入残高2000億ポンドは2009年11月にその額が決まって以降、据え置きがつづいている。前回の10月の金融政策決定においては、センタス委員が5会合連続で0.25％の利上げを主張する一方で、ポーゼン委員が500億ドルの資産買い増しを主張し始めたと言う小さな変化があったが、議事要旨なども出ていないのでそれ以上の探りようが無いので以上。

The Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee today voted to maintain the official Bank Rate paid on commercial bank reserves at 0.5%. The Committee also voted to maintain the stock of asset purchases financed by the issuance of central bank reserves at ￡200 billion.(イングランド銀行の金融政策委員会は、商業銀行に支払われる公定歩合を0.5％に据え置くことを本日決定した。また、委員会は中央銀行リザーブの発行によってファイナンスされる資産買入残高を2000億ポンドに維持することを決定した。(前回から全く変化無し))
