(8月19日-3)トルコ金利据え置き

トルコが金融政策を発表した。サプライズは無しで、政策金利である1週間もののレポレートを7％に据え置き。以下の一部抜粋した金融政策の声明文の拙訳は前回7月15日の文言から殆ど変化無し。なので、前回の文章をそのままコピペしている(今流行りの省エネ)。

DECISION OF THE MONETARY POLICY COMMITTEE

The Monetary Policy Committee (the Committee) has decided to keep one-week repo auction rate (the policy rate) and overnight rates unchanged as follows:(金融政策委員会は政策金利である1週間もののレポレートと、翌日物の金利を以下の様に据え置くことを決定した。)

a) One-week repo rate (the policy rate) at 7 percent,(政策金利である1週間もののレポレートを7％)

b) Overnight Interest Rates: Borrowing rate at 6.50 percent, lending rate at 9 percent,(翌日物の金利で、借入金利を6.5％、貸出金利を9％)

c) Late Liquidity Window Interest Rates (between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.): Borrowing rate at 2.50 percent, lending rate at 12 percent,(午後4時～5時の間に実行される終盤流動性ウィンドウの金利について、借入金利は2.5％、貸出金利は12％)

d) The interest rate on overnight and one-week maturity borrowing facilities provided for primary dealers via repo transactions at 8 percent.(翌日物及び1週間物のレポを通じたプライマリーディーラーに対する貸出しファシリティによる金利は8％)

the Committee reiterated that it would (前回はここが"may") be necessary to maintain policy rates at current levels for some time, and to keep them at low levels for a long period.(政策委員会は、政策金利を現在の水準を暫くの間維持し、それらを低水準に長期間継続する必要があるということを繰り返す。)
It should be emphasized that any new data or information related to the inflation outlook may lead the Committee to revise its stance.(また、インフレ見通しに関連した新たなデータや情報がある場合、政策委員会はその態度を修正することになることを強調する。)
