(4月15日-2)中国Q19.7％成長

中国が1-3月期、3月の経済統計を発表した。中国の経済統計は相変わらず時系列での整備が無く、分析する側には使いにくい。新華社や人民網、サーチナなどのニュースソースは各国に翻訳され、さまざまな情報があふれているが、未だワード文化であって、エクセル文化ではない(データの情報に乏しい)。

1-3月期実質GDP成長率は前年比+9.7％と、2010年10-12月期の前年比+9.8％とほぼ同じであった。公表文章中には、前期比について一言コメントが書かれているが、前期比は+2.1％であった。小数点以下第2位がわからないので何ともいえないが、前期比年率にすると8.7％成長(=1.021の4乗)である。景気減速とは程遠い。最も注目されている統計は消費者物価であったが、3月は前年比+5.4％と、2008年7月の前年比+6.3％以来の高い伸びである。2月の前年比+4.9％から、上昇率が加速した。中国の今年のインフレ目標は+4.0％であるが、これを大きく上回る。この状況を中国は本当に維持していけるのだろうか。

初步测算，一季度国内生产总值96311亿元，按可比价格计算，同比增长9.7%。分产业看，第一产业增加值5980亿元，增长3.5%；第二产业增加值46788亿元，增长11.1%；第三产业增加值43543亿元，增长9.1%。从环比看，一季度国内生产总值增长2.1%。
According to the preliminary estimation, the gross domestic product (GDP) of China in the first quarter of this year was 9,631.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.7 percent. The value added of the primary industry was 598.0 billion yuan, up by 3.5 percent; that of the secondary industry was 4,678.8 billion yuan, up by 11.1 percent; and that of the tertiary industry was 4,354.3 billion yuan, up by 9.1 percent.
