英国公的資金注入は良くやった！！

2000億ポンドを銀行に3年間貸付、8金融機関に250億ポンドの公的資金注入、更に250億ポンドを資金注入に用意。

the following major UK banks and the largest building society have confirmed their participation in a Government-supported recapitalisation scheme. These institutions comprise:

・Lloyds TSB
・Nationwide Building Society
・Royal Bank of Scotland
・Standard Chartered

These institutions have committed to the Government that they will increase their total Tier 1 capital by £25bn.
In addition to this, the Government stands ready to provide an incremental minimum of £25bn of further support for all eligible institutions

欧州首脳国会議でドイツが救済策をひっくり返したことに危機感を持ったのかもしれない。相当な決断だったと思う。問題は、この救済策による財政赤字及び資金逃避、様々な要因を経た結果として外貨準備の枯渇などの政府リスクが生じないで済むかどうかという点だろう。しかし、ここまでやる程の大きな決断は、現時点で考えられえるベストであったと思う。

スペインも対策をまとめた。

日本は協調利下げに強い支持を表明。

10月10日のG7では相当な内容のメッセージが出る必要があるかもしれない。
市場は正に催促相場になっている。
G7で日本は日本の不良債権問題について詳しく説明するという報道が流れているが、「それで？」という感じ。もう一歩大胆に踏み込む覚悟があるか。

為替も一時1ドル100円割れを経験するほど乱高下している。通常の相場動向として説明できるものでは全く無い。

日本の個人投資家も相当狼狽している。株は厳しいだろう。

先日のFRB準備預金付利は、法定準備預金がマイナス10bpで、超過準備預金が-75bpということを部分的に切ってしまい早とちりだった。反省。
それだけ、ニュースが沢山飛び込みすぎているということ。
職業病なのか、ニュースを頻繁にチェックしたいと思ってしまう自分が怖い。明日も金融市場は大丈夫なのだろうか。

今日は風来坊の手羽先唐揚げを食べた。美味い！！2日連続で買っちゃった。
