景気後退局面からの安定化が示唆されている。

今年に入ってからのベージュブックの冒頭にある景況状況を並べると(拙訳)

1月4日 Overall economic activity continued to weaken across almost all of the Federal Reserve Districts since the previous reporting period. 前回の報告以降、総合的な経済活動は、ほぼ全ての連邦準備地区で弱まり続けた。

3月4日 Reports from the twelve Federal Reserve Districts suggest that national economic conditions deteriorated further during the reporting period of January through late February. 1月から2月下旬に掛けての報告期間中、12の連邦準備地区からの報告は、米国の経済状況の更なる悪化を示唆した。

4月15日 Reports from the Federal Reserve Banks indicate that overall economic activity contracted further or remained weak. それぞれの連邦準備銀行からの報告は、総合的な経済活動が更に縮小し、あるいは引き続き弱いままであることを示した。

6月10日 Reports from the twelve Federal Reserve District Banks indicate that economic conditions remained weak or deteriorated further during the period from mid-April through May. 12の連邦準備地区にある準備銀行からの報告は、4月中旬から5月に掛けての期間中、総合的な経済活動が引き続き弱い、若しくは更に悪化していることを示した。

7月29日 Reports from the 12 Federal Reserve Districts suggest that economic activity continued to be weak going into the summer, but most Districts indicated that the pace of decline has moderated since the last report or that activity has begun to stabilize, albeit at a low level. 12の連邦準備地区のからの報告は、経済活動が夏場に掛けて弱まり続けると示唆しているが、多くの地区では前回の報告時より悪化が緩やかになる、または水準的には低いが同行が安定化し始めていることが示された。

9月9日 Reports from the 12 Federal Reserve Districts indicate that economic activity continued to stabilize in July and August. 12の連邦準備地区からの報告報告は、7月から8月に掛けて経済活動が安定化し続けていることが示された。

となっている。消費や住宅などの個別の評価は報道や原本を読めば良い(訳すのは面倒)。とりあえず備忘録として、こんな感じだったと記録する。
